Versa 4 not charging

I changed bands and face fitbit turned off and will not turn back on. Fitbit logo comes on and then a red X, still not coming on.

My brand new fit bit versa 4 did this....I deleted the app on my phone, restarted the fit bit (press and hold left side button for 10 seconds), hopefully then fitbit comes back to life and prompts you to get the app for your phone. I reload app on my phone and the fitbit update continued as the Fitbit app asked questions and sought permissions for versa 4 features...btw this also stopped the dreaded flashing fitbit logo followed the the red X of doom. Fitbit/Google it should not be this difficult to use your product. I was within seconds of sending mine back whence it came.
