My versa 4 keeps freezing up. The app won't sync, the battery level froze till the watch died. I am also having trouble charging it up. I have only had this watch a couple of months, and I am not happy with it lately.

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Versa 4 by following the steps provided here How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work and your Versa 4 hasn't vibrated while trying to perform the restart, please follow the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Let's try making sure both, your Fitbit device and charge and clean and free of any debris.
