This morning my Versa 4 was in a boot loop. Looks like it started around 2AM. Side button was nonresponsive, I disconnected it and reconnected it to the app and it downloaded a new update. I figured it tried to do that overnight and it didn't work since I don't keep my phone near me at night.
It keeps randomly going into the boot loop, alexa keeps "listening" for no reason, and the side button intermittently works. It seems like the latest update totally screwed it up. Any suggestions before I move on from FitBit?

Hi @Scrltotara - try charging the watch fully and change clock face to a Fitbit one and sync (or if you can, long gentle press the watch face to change clock face).
Also try turning off the phone's Bluetooth and then hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start normally.
Either may stop it rebooting occasionally.

I did try all those things. It seemed to working for a bit - minus the side button. Then it started boot looping in the afternoon. This morning it’s completely dead. I ordered a new Sense 2 that is supposed to arrive today.

Hi there, @Scrltotara. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still acting odd. I understand your concern, we're here to help you! It's nice to hear your Sense is arriving today!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
@Guy_ Thanks for your help!
