Welcome to the forums @Evely37
Thank you for taking the time to share the details about this inconvenience with floors. Thank you for the screenshots.
There are many reasons why your device may give you credit for extra floors. Devices may track floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors. For more information, see: Why does my Fitbit device count extra floors? You can also find more information about tracking activity in this help article: How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
Please, restart your device as indicated in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
In addition, make sure to have the latest version of the Fitbit app.

This is happening with my Versa 4 also. I tried following the steps you mentioned here, but that did not seem to remedy the problem. I really so not want all the “ fake” floors climbed added into my daily calorie burn. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks!
