Prior to yesterday’s update tracker kept freezing. Now it freezes & walking stops tracking after a few minutes. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Hi there, @NCQ. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is crashing when walking. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, may I know if this is happening only when you walk? Is the are other exercise where your Versa 4 crashes? Does your Versa 4 crash when using any other app?
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
