Versa 4 is losing steps every time I sync

My Versa 4 restarted and lost my steps, if I sync to the app, will I lose my steps I did today, if I sync tomorrow would it show as 0 steps today instead of the around 10,000 I did, I have no clue on the exact number so can't add them manually.

Hi there, @MarkPil. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not syncing your steps. I understand your concern I will do my best to help you with this!

Did you stop syncing and wearing your Versa 4 by any chance? Is your Versa 4 properly paired to your Fitbit account? When was the last sync of your Versa 4? While reading your post, it seems like your Versa 4 was not able to sync lately (I mean, not just the day you posted here, but previous days). If your Versa 4 is not syncing or it's not paired anymore, that would explain why your steps are not being synced. 

To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
