Versa 4 is not holding a charge

Almost everyday I receive an email letting me know that my Versa 4 battery is low.  So I take it off in the middle of the day and if I remember, I'd put it back on before going to bed at 1 or 2 am.  So it always charges for at least 6 to 10 hours depending on the time I check my email.  It is not that old either.

Please note the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used.
