Past 2 weeks my versa 4 isn't displaying anything no numbers or content .

Hey there, @Jayanc8, welcome to the Fitbit Community.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the display of your Versa 4. I need to check what's going on, can you respond the following, please?

- Are the LED lights on the back on?
- When was the last time you charged it?
- How long did you charge it for?
- If you haven't charged your Fitbit recently, we ask that you try charging it for 2 hours.
- Does it vibrate when you plug your Fitbit device into the charging cable?
- Have you tried the steps in our support article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
