My fitbit screen shows the information, then when synced the calories decrease, the time is incorrect, the heart rate either sticks on a number or does not show and the steps again when syncing decrease.

Hi there, @LaurenHarrop. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.
As per the description of your post, it seems to me that you're experiencing syncing difficulties and that's why your data is not correct after trying to sync. With that being said, and before proceeding with a factory reset as suggested by @Heather-S, follow the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue persists, please try the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.

@LaurenHarrop Have you tried turning bluetooth off and then back on? Or tried restarting the device?

I have tried this and also disconnected and restarted etc, still no change. Any other ideas?

@LaurenHarrop I would suggest a total factory reset of the device then. Also make sure your phone and app are updated as well, just in case.
