Versa 4 is not showing my notifications it just vibrates

I recently bought a Versa 4, and when I receive notifications my watch vibrates but nothing shows up on the screen. I've tried a few different settings such as always-on and screen wake but every time I get a notification I need to press the button to see what is actually is. Since i startup to use the watch this us happening, and notifications doesn't appear, the watch just has a vibration.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
