Versa 4 is not syncing my data with the correct time

Tracking of sleep hours and other exercise activities is not syncing right according to the current time zone. Even if my time zone is auto-identified correctly, the tracking shows it with a 1-hr phasing (1 hour later than the right time)

Hi there, @alfredoperezc. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your data. 

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Sync your Fitbit device

I assume the time on your tracker is correct?

Yes indeed, time on the tracker/watch is correct, the issue is when recording and syncing, then there’s a 1-hour phasing from the correct time activities and sleep hapenned
