Versa 4 is not tracking my AZM as my Sense did

My Sense died just over a week ago and I got a Versa 4. With the sense - I averaged 60+ active zone minutes each day. Since getting the Versa, I get 25 or 30 minutes per day.  I am doing the same things ( actually more the last week as I picked up extra shifts!) And wear it in the same spot.  Any ideas? I know it's not all about the numbers but it is such a big change in numbers!

Hi there, @KM99. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Versa 4. I understand where your worry is coming from.

As a first approach, please note that you might notice variations between your heart-rate reading on new Fitbit devices compared with your old ones due to changes in the heart-rate sensor or algorithm and keep in mind that AZM are based on your heart rate data.

Nevertheless, I'd recommend reviewing our tips in How do I improve the accuracy of a heart-rate reading?
