Hi, is anyone having problem with the sp02? It doesn't connect at all. I try uninstalling it and reinstall it. It still doesn't read at all.

Hi there, @HARU63. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not tracking your SpO2 data. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Did you just get your Versa 4? If so, please see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Nothing in any article in this forum works on my Versa 4, I can't find the illusive SpO2 app or clock face.  My Versa 4 only states "This feature may be available for your current device".

This icon keeps being referenced in the instructions VanR_0-1735307163145.png.  I can find no such icon in the app or on the watch
I keep being told to search for the app and clock face, but I cannot find a search option.

This watch has been challenging at best to set up.  Every single feature seems to have to be set up, modified, needs another app, and tweaked to get to work. Took me almost an hour to figure out how to get it to map my walk.

That icon is at the top left of the fitbit main screen on your phone next to the battery percentage.

It takes you to a screen to select your device.

Select your watch and then you get a host of options.

I didn't answer your query, sorry. The Spo2 is under the health metrics on the Today screen.

On my layout it says:

"BR, SPo2, RHR, HRV, Skin Temp variation

in personal range"

and if i click on that, it takes me to a list of metrics and Oxygen saturation is one of them. You can click on that to look at your saturation in recent sleeps.

I have it available it just doesn’t work. I click learn more and get more useless information that doesn’t work.
