Got a new fit bit after my last one broke 2 weeks ago and i'm constantly having issues. The steps on the app are higher than what my watch say, then I'll climb one flight of stairs and it'll tell me I've just done 25 floors. It says i'm in peak when i'm doing really light exercise, or doing light exercise when i'm doing heavy cardio. It's not at all in line with the stats my versa 2 gave me prior to breaking. It also doesn't show my cals out every day on the food section, just cals in, and my activity minutes seem way off. The app also keeps telling me it can't sync with my fitbit, even though it does seem to be synced. Any advice?

Hi there, @Wright1993. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing a discrepancy between the data on your Versa 4 and Fitbit app. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Do you have MobileTrack also linked to your Fitbit account? If you do, please note that MobileTrack could be tracking those extra steps. To verify this, please in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > then tap Devices. In this section you'll see your Versa 4 and below your phone (in case MobileTrack is indeed connected). For more information, see How do I track my steps with Fitbit with my phone?
If the above describes your situation, you can remove MobileTrack by tapping on the phone's icon and then select "Remove From Account".
Nevertheless, to make sure that your Versa 4 is accurately tracking your steps, confirm the following are correct in the Fitbit app:
Since we use height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
If you want to negate the extra steps, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
