After the latest update, my Versa 4 has begun randomly swiping/tapping icons on the screen. For example I could be sitting perfectly still and it will start a bicycle workout or I will get a notification and it will send an auto text or decline a call. I have restarted the fitbit and my phone. I have also done a complete factory reset on my fitbit. Nothing has worked.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

The issue isn't that my watch is not syncing. The issue is that the screen of the fitbit is not working.
