Regarding the floors, please note that your Fitbit device may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons. Devices may track floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes. Said that, here are some of the possible causes for this inaccuracy:

The Versa 4 may track floors while driving (as you mentioned in your post), on an elevator or in an escalator.

Due to the Versa 4 being a wristband device, it may track floors while opening doors, from a weather change, or from a gust of wind.
About the work at 11:11, I'd like to clarify if you're referring to a workout being detected at that time? Are you manually starting it from your Versa 4 or do you use SmartTrack? Have you tried restarting your Versa 4? Have this happend again?
On a side note, I recommend making sure that your Fitbit app and Versa 4 are up-to-date.
