Hi there, @SPG1958. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not tracking your data accurately. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Regarding the floors, please note that your Fitbit device may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons. Devices may track floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors. For more information, see Why does my Fitbit device count extra floors? You can also find more information about tracking activity in this help article How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
Said that, here are some of the possible causes for this inaccuracy:
About the work at 11:11, I'd like to clarify if you're referring to a workout being detected at that time? Are you manually starting it from your Versa 4 or do you use SmartTrack? Have you tried restarting your Versa 4? Have this happend again?
On a side note, I recommend making sure that your Fitbit app and Versa 4 are up-to-date.
