I did an update on 10/8 to the newest IOS version. I no longer see my step count for 10/7 and 10/8. Previous days and today (10/9) are still logged with all information. I am still able to see my Zone mintues and calories burned on 10/7 and 10/8. How can my step information be recovered from those days?

Thank you for providing the information regarding your Versa 4.
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app and the latest version of your Versa 4.
Try to perform the following troubleshooting steps on the Fitbit app:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
- Check if the issue is still happening.

The data deleted after I had updated to the newest version (4.27.1) and I do not see a newer update available. My Versa 4 is fully updated, I logged out, force quit, shutdown, and restarted my phone. The data is still not there for those two days.
Any more suggestions?
