Versa 4 is not tracking my sleep data

Versa 4 not tracking sleep but my sleep log is showing old stuff from my charge 3 even though this device has been took off

Hi there, @Flissfloss66. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, it's sad to hear that your Versa 4 is not tracking your sleep data. I'll be glad to help you with this and figure out what may be going on. 

To better assist you, may I know if your Versa 4 is new? If so and you just got it, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet. Bear in mind that sleep stages are based on your heart rate data.

My sleep score is also not displaying on my Versa 4. I've followed all the tips on this community, for example, restarting my device and still not data. This seems to be a common problem. Will there be a fix in the near future?

So I deleted all my old days manually and last night it actually tracked my sleep Fingers crossed it carry’s on

I just get a simple statistik, no details! That plus several features that are missing (f.e. Spotify) compared to my Versa 2 makes it a real downgrade and an absolute disappointment!!!
