There's multiple posts about Sleep Data NOT working and you posts tips that we've already done before we get to the fed up stage and post here.
I got a new Versa 4 partly because my old Charge wasn't doing the sleep Data. I get sleep info for the first few days now nothing.
Please do not list out the steps. I've done them multiple times. I see you all telling people to contact support. That's what we are doing here. Maybe support can tell you what the issue is so we can get help here in the HELP forum.
