I am having a problem with my Versa 4. I’ve had it for a while. But now, my Sleep score is intermittent. Sometimes it doesn’t show that I’ve slept at all when I have.
Anybody have an idea how to fix it?

Hi there, @Goldybark. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not tracking your sleep score properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As you may know, sleep scores are generated based on the sleep stages. However, there are some factors that impact on the accuracy of these stats, such as sleeping in a position that prevents your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wearing your watch too tight or loose.

With this in mind, let me recommend wearing your Versa 4 about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone and once you're awake, sync with the Fitbit app to check your details.

In addition, I'd recommend making sure that your Versa 4 is up-to-date
