My sleep score isi very random.  Some days it works, most days it's blank.  What can I do to fix this??

Thanks

Same here and when it does, whomever they have designing their new app needs sacking as the replacement data is illegible and the most non-user friendly data ever….as with the activity data….thanks Fitbit!

Same here. It never gives me a score on my phone. I always have to get it from the app. Makes no sense.

Welcome back to the community @harristom @MelBee12 @AliP369

Thank you for taking the time to share the experience with Versa 4 and for all the steps that you already did in order to fix it. I'm sorry to know about the inconvenience.

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see a sleep score. There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

  1. If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone).
  2. The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  3. If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  4. If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  5. If your device’s battery is critically low.

The Versa 4 may need some days to collect some information (particularly regarding heart rate) and provide sleep score, sleep stages and other data. Make sure that you've also tried the restart procedure described here and check if you continue to experience the same situation.

In case the inconvenience is related to the Fitbit app, please try the following as well:

  1. Log out from the app.
  2. Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app in your phone's settings.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Log back in to check if you're able to see your data properly.
