Versa 4 is not working properly

I have been a fitbit user since 2016 and generally very happy. However since this update my watch has not been working properly. It first started with just a black screen with the time(instead of my background) the screen was unresponsive, then would go black. The watch is still on, but does not track anything or turn on until I would connect it to the charger. 

Sometimes inbound.habe hold the power button and would get a fli sering fitbit logo, then a red X. After leaving it on a charge it would work again. But as soon as I took it off the charger it would.go black. 

Currently my batter is at 100% but I can not use my watch nor is it tracking anything. 

I have tried every step as per the forums and groups and none of them have worked. 

My watch is less than 2 years old and is in excellent condition. I have seen that multiple people are experiencing the same issue. 

Is there a fix?

Thank you so much for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts.

Have you already tried to change the clock face? If not try to change it and choose one developed by Fitbit.

Yes i have as well as a reset. This all started as of the update. When will this be fixed?
