Just got my Versa 4 today and setup was a breeze however I’ve been noticing that the display will randomly not light or will be hung (seconds don’t count up and I can’t do anything with it) and periodically it will reboot itself.

Please restart your Versa 4 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I tried this. It doesn't help. Versa 4 is still rebooting constantly.
