Same. Yet...nobody from Fitbit is addressing these issues.

Welcome to the forums @Chboulton @motherofthings.
Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding your Versa 4. Sorry to know the difficulties.
Please confirm if you are using Mobile track. It is a service that allows you to count steps using your phone even if you forget to wear your Fitbit. You can "unpair" Mobile Track from your account. On your Fitbit app go to the upper left corner, on the phone and device icon. Click on your phone icon and on the 3 dots and choose "unpair".

No the information was of no use. I was on a chat line for 3 hours that was a disgusting waste of time with no help in the end I made a few adjustments myself and it fix ed my problem. So a day wasted I’ll try fix it myself in future

PLEASE share what adjustments you made. I am still showing more steps on my app than my phone. It's driving me crazy.

I have an iPhone. If I look under phone, I do not have the option to "unpair" from Mobile Track. I do have an option to "Disconnect Device". Is that what you are suggesting we do? My issue is phone only tracks milage when I have it in exercise mode. The other day it had me at over 10,000 steps and only 0.38 miles. Those would be some tiny steps. When I went for a 3 mile walk it added 3 miles. I don't think the problem is just Mobile Track data being added
