Oh, I woke up this morning and my versa four showed 7:35 AM. And the date of November 5. Today is November 4. It has been locked on that time and date since this morning. I have removed the device as well as the Fitbit app and Reloaded several times. As of this time on the evening of November 4 at 11:42 PM it still shows 7:35 AM November 5 on my Fitbit versa four. How do I get this watch to work.? This versa was purchased in late September 2023.

Hello there, @ca.schneider. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

Note that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Fitbit device is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Have you made sure that your Versa 4 is syncing properly? Is your mobile phone showing the correct time and date? Keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. If by any chance you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope this helps.
