The time has said 729 since I woke up. Why is my clock stuck on that time?

Hi @Beezize - try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

It could also be a clock face fault and changing to another may avoid it happening.

Thank you. It worked. I also realize that I dropped it right about that same time before I put it to charge. That probably caused the face of the watch to freeze. 🤪

Hi there, @Beezize. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm glad to hear your issue is solved now, thanks for confirming that the steps provided by @Guy_ did work. 😊

If for any reason you experience this issue in the future, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Nevertheless, keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. So, always make sure that your Versa 4 is syncing properly with your Fitbit app.

Happy stepping you guys!
