My Versa 4 is showing the wrong time. How can I fix this. It also will not connect to my app at all.

Time on your Versa will be set automatically according to the time zone selected whenever you'll sync your device.

As @Talahthas has mentioned, please note that the time will be wrong if your Versa 4 hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. So please follow the tips and recommendations Talahthas has provided above.
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
