This is the second Versa 4 I am trying. This one, too, did not pair with my IPhone 12. After trying several times I followed the below instructions:
Then, I tried restarting my Versa many many times. It was then stuck on the Logo Screen...(off and on). Then, it went black, like it died. Pressing the side button did nothing. It did not come back on. It was fully charged. I placed it back on the charger and the logo screen came back on, but nothing else happened. It is just stuck on the logo screen. I can't do anything else with it. I am so frustrated with Fitbit! I never had this problem with past older Fitbits. Should I just forget the Versa 4 altogether?

Hi @Kenickie6 - in the Fitbit App try changing clock face and if possible sync then restart the watch and sync again.
