My Fitbit versa 4 keep restarting, when I factory reset my watch it shows a big red x at the end. I tried to unpair and now I can't repair since there's no code shown on the watch.What should I do? Pls help
Update: Everytime I power on it just load and show a big red x and then shut down...

To better assist you, please confirm that you've done a manual factory reset as follows: Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then immediately press and hold the button again. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, then as soon as the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.

I did the same thing and I also refer to YouTube. But there's no such thing as Fitbit icon inside a circle appear, it just keep blinking and turn out big red x ...

Not working... I can't factory reset, I am sure that I followed the rules but there's no such thing as circle around Fitbit appeared... It just show X
