I plugged it in to charge after it went to 0%. The triangle now comes up and never goes away. I tried a force restart several times but no change. The screen goes black but then the triangle comes back. Any idea what can be done here?

Hi there, @azari23. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not charging or responding. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue before posting here, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely, like in your case). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 4. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

Hope this helps!
