My steps, heart rate, calories burned and date keeps disappearing from my screen. I can only see the time. The data returns when I lift my wrist. How can I fix this?

Hello @TressSimp and welcome to the Community. Check your Always On Display icon in your Quick Settings. Swipe down on the screen. The icon looks like a watch face, bottom row left.
The Always On Display changes to a minimal view of your clock face to preserve battery life.
