My Versa 4 watch face never shuts off.  Instead it continues to display time in white on a black screen.  This just started after the last time I charged it. It is annoying at night. Any ideas how to fix?

Hi there, @Johanne0000. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 is stuck on the time screen only, I understand how annoying this is. I'll do my best to help you!

As a first approach, please check whether your Versa 4 is set on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enabled, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
