I changed the clock face on my Versa 4 and it loads the new clock face but also keeps the old one. The only way to clear it up is to do a restart. When I do the restart the fitbit logo flashes between black and green. Then a red X appears. It does restart after than and the the new clock faces appears. There has to be an easier way to change clock faces

HI @KarenS326 - when you long press the face it brings up the clock change view and once one is selected it should load.
A watch restart should have cleared any anomalies. If this is not the case one of the clock faces [or the OS itself] may have an issue.
If the problem is persistent a sync and factory reset may be required.
