Versa 4 is tracking steps while driving

Hi,

I received my Fitbit versa for on Saturday, and set it up as instructed.

I am a lorry driver, and while I have been driving today, my step count has increased rapidly, over 1200 steps in an hour. I physically watch it go up.

I’ve not even been out the cab. can anyone advise why it would be doing this? As the step counter is one of the main reasons I brought this watch.

cheers
