Versa 4 is tracking too many floors

A few weeks ago, my Versa 4 started counting floors in the hundreds a day. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi @Musiklover - if you have restarted the watch and it didn't solve it perhaps get it replaced under warranty.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may take you through a factory reset which is unlikely to resolve it.
