In the past few days my Versa 4 has started logging way more stairs than is accurate. It's always been pretty accurate in this regard until recently. It's even logging stairs while I sleep!
I already did a factory reset. Any other ideas?

Yes, I did talk to someone from the Support Team who requested that I send a photo of my watch screen with the number of flights of stairs. Though, I don't understand how that helps.
What I want to do is make a warranty claim and receive a Versa 4 that does not have this problem.
I upgraded from a Fitbit Charge 4 because the newer Charge models don't count floors, and now I have a Versa 4 that counts floors inaccurately!

When I called on February 3rd I was told that I would hear back about my case within 48 hours. I did not. So I called Fitbit support again, and was told that my case has been escalated, but that I can't talk to that team.
How long does it take for Fitbit to make a decision?

My Versa has been tracking too many floors for months. I live in a one story house so the stairs are limited to 3 on one side of the house and 7 on the other.
