i have 500 steps have not been out of bed lol
i accumulate over 300 steps driving.
i suspect i get over 2k +steps throughout the day that i dont do.
i wear it on non dominant hand.
my ionic was 95 percent more accurate.

Hi there, @Abm207. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 4. I understand where your worry is coming from.
If you have MobileTrack connected to your Fitbit app, it could be tracking those extra steps. To verify this, please in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > then tap Devices. In this section you'll see your Versa 4 and below your phone (in case MobileTrack is indeed connected).
If the above describes your situation, you can remove MobileTrack by tapping on the phone's icon and then select "Remove From Account".
Nevertheless, to make sure that your Versa 4 is accurately tracking your steps, confirm the following are correct in the Fitbit app:
Since we use height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?

Thank you for your response.
Will removing mobile track completely disconnect fitbit app from phone therefore prevent me from tracking calories I log and calories burned during exercise ?
Update: Will it disconnect Fitbit app from Watch*
