I’ve just got a new Versa 4, I ensured it was fully charged and it has connected successfully to my phone however the touch screen on the watch is not working. It is either unresponsive or the screen goes off as soon as I touch it.
please help

Hi @HannahC43 - it could be faulty, but try restarting it by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for the watch to start.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4. If you've tried what @Guy_ mentioned without success, I'd like to add that it sometimes is necessary to repeat this process a few times.
As a last resort I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance as your device might be defective:
