Stopped working. Last thing it did was charge up showed blue startup and then a blank screen. Nothing since. No charge no startup.

Hi there, @Reneei. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.

As a first approach, please follow @Talahthas' tips and recommendations as it seems like your Versa 4 ran out of battery. If afterwards you keep getting the Fitbit logo on the screen, please try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.

If you can't get started with your Versa 4, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Reneei!

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. To hopefully get things fixed, please first make sure that your device really is able to get charged by having a closer look here:

Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

I'd also recommend trying to restart your Versa 4 by holding it's button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display. Keep in mind though that your device needs at least a little bit of charge for that.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
