Versa 4 is unresponsive

I got a versa 4 Fitbit a few months ago and have had a few issues.

One issue that keep occurring is every now and then, all the text disappears and there’s just the outline of the buttons. And you can press on anything.

For the past few days, the screen keeps going black and won’t turn on. This usually lasts a few mins and then it goes back to normal, but is quite slow.

Now the screen suddenly went black a few hours ago and displayed a Red Cross with a white circle around it. I have been trying to turn it on or restart it since but nothing works. The screen is just black and if I hold the button down, it’ll display the Fitbit logo for a minute and then display a Red Cross (different to the first one that came up) then it goes back to just a black screen.

It won’t turn on and I don’t know how to fix it.

Have had a few issues with this watch since I got it. I bought it directly from Fitbit. I need to be tracking my steps as I do steps/miles challenges every month for charity.

it is not dead, I charged it a few hours ago.

thinking about just getting a new one, but i paid a lot of money for this. Is there a way for me to get a replacement or something?
