Versa 4 not responding.
Started with a clock face error, would not allow you to add a new one. Now the screen is black & you cannot do anything with it.
This one is only 1 month old, I purchased it ad my versa 3 did the same thing which was 3 years old and out of warranty. Not happy at all & so difficult to get support or how to get a replacement or a refund. Very frustrating 😤

Hi there, @Maricart. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 has gone unresponsive. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling as your Versa 3 did also have this issue. I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
