I have tried all of the recommended options to restore my Fitbit. Nothing seems to be working. When will this issue be fixed, it seems to be an ongoing problem with many users. I am so disappointed with Fitbit removing the option to speak to a support person.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still unresponsive. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, I'd like to know more about the issue you're experiencing with your Versa 4. Is it not charging? Is it not syncing? Is your Versa 4 stuck on the Fitbit logo? May I know the steps you've tried so far?
