my versa is not charging properly
It's taking 7 hours to charge keep buzzing on and off the time is gone out of sync

Hi @Blessedlady31 - try restarting the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Check the terminals are clean and try a different power source.
Also check the syncing which sets the time correctly, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for more specific information.
If the watch is faulty it can be replaced under warranty.
