Versa 4 stuck on 0% charge. Bought new charging cable and still no good. Tried reset, no good. Tried delete from. app and reinstall and now can’t install on App as watch dead. Clean pins etc. Still not working. Can anyone help me please?

😩As pervious my watch also in 0%.....I will suggest try to connect the charging cable and charge for over-night.
Afterwards, try to press and hold the side button for at least 10s until the Fitbit logo appear on the screen.
My watch are struck in connection with the APP when doing the 4-digit step, so I'm thinking about if you can connect or not......
