Hi,
Just got a versa 4 and it keeps going to sleep and blanking the screen occasionally when I'm scrolling.
I then have to press the side button to wake it up but it happens quite regularly.
I've factory reset 4 times and let it run down the battery and then fully charge it but it keeps happening.
Anyone got any ideas as to what might be going on?

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Versa 4's behavior is as expected. Is your Versa 4 screen wake on Auto or Manual? Keep in mind that if you want your Versa 4 screen to stay on all the time, you can enable Always-On Display.
