As of this AM my fiancées Versa 4 appears to be malfunctioning terribly. It’s not even a month old and it’s definitely defective. It kept buzzing for no reason, so she tried a factory reset this AM. It worked for maybe 5 minutes, said it was 60 percent. Then it shot to 0. Now the left button doesn’t work. Brand new, mint condition.
The irony being I’ve been using her now 2 year old versa 2 for the last 4 months and this thing still has basically no issues.
Anyone have any issues with the Versa 4 / have any advice on how to resolve this?

Hi @kashubhaj - if you factory reset without installing the latest firmware there was an issue with the battery level showing 0% after a restart. What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update? to check your firmware version.

If it still is not working you can get it replaced under warranty.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, for further verification of a fault.
