Versa 4 keeps deleting my activities

My new Versa 4 (had it 1 week) keeps deleting activities while I am still doing them, it stops the activity itself and wipes the data from my watch so it doesn't sync/ upload to the app. This has happened every time I have tried to use the watch to track a run/ workout, and sometimes multiple times during 1 workout! It has done it 4 times today during a run, and around 7 times total in the 7 days I have had the watch. This is really frustrating as someone who mainly uses a watch to track workouts and runs! I have contacted Fitbit support who told me to factory reset the watch, but this has not helped. Anyone else experienced similar problems or have any advice on how to fix this please?

As you have stated, I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.

Same here. They told me it was a known issue and wait for a fix.
