My versa 4 has not been tracking my sleep. I have tried several things and I even did a reset…. But it still is not working. I’ve never had trouble with this before but it hasn’t tracked for 5 days now. Has anyone else had trouble with this? What did you do to make it start tracking sleep again?

My Versa 4 also stopped tracking sleep data as of today. I've reset everything, restarted my phone and checked that the IOS version and Fitbit app version are current.

After doing a factory reset yesterday and then later shut down my phone and turned it back on … it finally worked this morning!!

It worked for a day and then went back to not tracking. I refuse to do a reset everyday. Something is wrong on your end. I’ve never changed how I wear it when I sleep. I’ve only had this watch since December and it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do now. Everything was fine until you did an update . These watches have gone downhill and I would not recommend this watch to anyone.
