Versa 4 on-wrist calls

My Samsung s24 will not connect to versa 4 calls it is however paired blue tooth just says cannot connect

Let me help you with the on-wrist phone calls with your Versa 4.

Just to make sure, there is an additional setup for this feature. If you didn’t set up on-wrist calls when you connected your Fitbit device to your account, from the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap Devices > Versa 4 > On-Wrist Calls. Then, follow the instructions below to set up on-wrist calls.

Tap each setup requirement, and follow the on-screen instructions to accept and turn on the necessary pairing permissions and requests.

Hi,I followed your advice and wrist calls worked,but when I opened the Fitbit app later in the day it said tap to fix and I had to do it all again. Is this correct.
