Versa 4 keeps resetting itself

My Fitbit versa 4 keeps automatically going into a factory reset. It has dont this 5 times and I keep having to reconnect it and re-set it up. Why does it keep automatically doing this.

Hi @Hippo1 - this may be related to a clock face or just be a faulty product.

Try keeping the default clock face that comes with the watch after a factory reset.

It may not be a factory reset but a clock face load that is failing. To check this go to the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App and check nothing is trying to load, and change to a Fitbit clock face.

If it is a watch fault seek a replacement under warranty.

Have you tried @Guy_'s recommendations? I agree this can be related to a specific clock face. 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

On a side note, have you changed from one place to a another where the weather has been changed drastically too? Please take into consideration the following information:

Operating temperature 14° to 113° F
(-10° to 45° C)
Non-operating temperature -4° to 14° F
(-20° to -10° C)
113° to 140°F
(45° to 60° C)

I dont think it is the clock face. After one of the times it did a factory reset, I had changed the clock face to another that I had not used before and it has still done the reset. Also is was on the default clock face when it did the very first factory reset.

I have not moved. Other then the normal temperature changes where I live, there has been no drastic changes.
